About & disclaimer

We build clear, accurate and free Vedic astrology tools, with explanations a newcomer can follow and calculations an experienced astrologer can trust.

Our approach

• Transparent calculations — every convention is documented on our method page.
• Private by design — calculations run in your browser.
• Respectful of tradition — we explain what classical texts say, without fear-based claims.

Read our editorial standards to see how we check calculations, festival dates and translations.

Disclaimer

Astrology is a traditional belief system. Content on this site is for education, culture and personal reflection. It does not predict specific events and must not replace advice from qualified medical, legal, financial or mental-health professionals. Please do not make major decisions — about health, marriage, money or safety — on the basis of astrological readings alone.

Devotional texts, translations and puja guides describe widely followed tradition; customs vary between regions and families, and corrections are always welcome.
